Refund Policy

If a paid Laughly Labs product does not work as described, contact laughingliangcl@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. Include the product name, purchase email, and a short description of the issue.

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider. We may first offer troubleshooting when the problem appears to be caused by browser settings, extension permissions, or a temporary platform change.

Free products, free trials, and products marked as Coming Soon do not require payment and therefore do not create refund obligations.
